The students participating in our Industry Capstone Program are driven and motivated individuals seeking to enhance their education through practical experience. As part of a consulting team, they collaborate closely with faculty mentors, combining academic knowledge with real-world problem-solving skills. These students are eager to tackle authentic challenges faced by sponsor organizations, employing analytical thinking and strategic insights to propose actionable solutions. With this program being an essential component of the graduate business curriculum, students gain invaluable project experience and a tangible achievement to showcase to prospective employers, showcasing their readiness to excel in their careers.

Program Goals
Our Industry Capstone Program is designed to enhance student education through a collaborative consulting engagement. Students will work as part of a consulting team, with faculty support, to analyze real problems and recommend appropriate actions to the sponsor organizations. The program is an integral part of the curriculum of all graduate business programs. Upon completion, students will have a real project and real experience to share with recruiters and hiring managers as they move their careers forward.

Format Description
The Industry Capstone Program (ICP) at the Stevens School of Business is a great opportunity for corporations and talented graduate students to work together on a semester-long project. 

Students work as a team, with faculty support, on real-world business problems and provide appropriate assistance and recommendations to our corporate partners. 

The collaboration provides business graduate students with industry experience critical to their career success, while corporations gain fresh perspectives on their business challenges and the chance to mentor budding professionals.
