my fundamental skills that will be relevant to management and now to capstone is - to conceptualise solutions and mobilise a team to drive through an objective. I come from the background of creative content working for film and ad based production houses, where I was the curator and was running interference between inside and external stake holders. also I have introductory experience with my own start up where we made concept notebooks and outsourced manufacturing - sold 2000 units and closed it due to covid. It helped me realise its not very difficult to create unique selling propositions, surmount obstacles and take action that has highest probability of success. I want to be able to seek more opportunities to be both product maker and producer. that being said it requires learning to build organisations, manage people, negotiate, establish financial structuring where I seek the help of capstone to equip me with.
