I am pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems at Stevens Institute of Technology, where I am learning to create innovative solutions using artificial intelligence and data analysis methodologies. With a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology and Informatics from Rutgers University, I have a foundation in IT concepts and practices, as well as a passion for continuous learning and improvement. Currently, I work in IT at Hamamatsu Corporation, where I perform technical support by troubleshooting software and hardware problems to ensure seamless operations.  also manage and configure devices using Microsoft Intune, enhancing organizational device security and user accessibility. Previously, I worked in marketing at Taxplus Inc., where I aided in the management of company branding products and led the successful digitalization of the brand. Through these experiences, I have developed skills in project management, decision-making, and time management, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. My goal is to leverage my skills and education to contribute to the advancement of information systems and the optimization of business processes.
