I am currently an Information Systems Master's student at Stevens Institute of Technology. Through my engineering undergraduate studies along with software engineering and data analytics internship experiences, I have developed a strong technical foundation in areas like Python, SQL, CRM platforms, agile development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, requirements analysis, API integrations, application monitoring, and data visualization tools. Major achievements I've had the opportunity to deliver include a 30% decrease in mobile app crashes, successful migration of reporting dashboards from Zendesk to PowerBI, as well as effective communication plans to enable remote team collaboration.

Beyond core technical implementations and process optimizations in past roles, I strive to go above and beyond - identifying bigger-picture problems facing users and organizations before proposing comprehensive, creative solutions. This was evident during my application support internship where through deep customer issue analysis I advocated for users and mobilized cross-functional teams to drive systemic resolutions. I also consistently demonstrate resourcefulness through self-guided side projects forecasting emerging cryptocurrency trends using machine learning.
