My name is Blaine Youngs I graduated from Hammond Central School in 2019. While attending HCS I attended our local technical school where I did two years in the criminal justice program. I started college at SUNY Potsdam in the fall of 2019, I am a psychology major with a criminal justice minor. Since my freshman year I have worked as a student dispatcher for University Police and I also attended the SUNY Potsdam Law Enforcement Training Institute in the fall semester of 2021, I went through as pre-employement. In July of 2022 I was hired by the Town of Norfolk Police Department as a part time Police Officer and am currently working for them while finishing my bachelors degree at Potsdam.
