Little Apple Cidery, located in Hillsdale, NY, began over 40 years ago with the restoration of an old orchard. Committed to organic practices, the founders cleared, pruned, and replanted, leading to bountiful harvests of heirloom apples like Northern Spy, Golden Russet, and Baldwin. In 2015, they established the Farm Cidery, producing custom-crafted fresh and hard ciders. The orchard now grows over 30 apple varieties, including English and French cider types, and offers a seasonal Orchard Bar and Market from May through November, providing a memorable experience for visitors.
